frozen youghurt

Am 11weeks preg now. Is forzen yoghurt ok to take? It helps me to pass motion..

Chilled yogurt or yakult is good enough. Frozen ones will be too cooling for pregnancy.

Once a while is fine. Taking too often will weaken baby lungs, from TCM perspective.
