Alamak, at 11 weeks tu memang boleh rasa cramping dan pulling sensation lah, especially kalau uterus tengah expand, a few of us went through the same thing, rasa macam period cramps je time tu. Tapi kalau sakit dia heavy, atau ada spotting/bleeding, kena check dengan doctor cepat-cepat sebab nak make sure everything okay with baby tu. Congrats on your first pregnancy, semoga semuanya lancar!
