Just Mums

Sleep patterns

Hi, my 11month old wakes up 2x a night and requires milk before falling back to sleep .. Not sure how should i sleep train or wean her off night feeds. Example of timings below 115am 120ml 515am 120ml 745am steam egg 9am 120ml 12 noon porridge in school 2pm 120ml 5 pm porridge at home 7pm 150ml ( i try to give more so she can sleep through) 10pm 120ml Any advice?

Mine at 2y10m still drink night feeds, 2-3 times! I was told by neighbour (with 3 kids) to add cereal to thicken the milk for their before bedtime bottle but my helper was very happy to wake up to feed so I let them be. One want to feed, the other want to drink. Sure lol
