Body feels warm like fever

Hi all. My 11 months old boy's body and forehead feels super warm like fever. But his temperature is 36.3 to 36.9. Should I be worried or bring him to the clinic?

For my little one i waited a couple of hours to see the hiking trend over 37.0 then we bought him to the doctor. Usually we know what the cause, was it due to vaccine, due to overnight foods, due to he caught virus when we were shopping. Often doctor gave us paracetamol to help him recover for above condition. For peace of mind, seek doctor advise.

Theres no fever what?
