need advice

My 11 months old baby kept diahhoreaing / pooping after each feed / meal . May I ask if any parents experienced this before ? I was told to change to soy infant formula , does it help ? Thanks in advance .

Can try giving your baby some probiotics, it helps to protect your lo's gastric/intestines, cause suspect stomach flu, which my baby got it while she's 1yr old
