Just Mums

Is this schedule ok?

11 mo baby. Wake up before 7am. Solid food breakfast at 745am, milk feed at 9am+, nap. Lunch at 12pm, milk at 2pm, nap, milk at 4pm, dinner at 6pm, milk at 730pm. Is this ok?

Hi there! A good schedule is what works for your baby! Only 1 thing to note for the future, if you intend to send your child to full day school after 18 months, nap time in school is usually 1-3pm. So as baby gets older, you may want to slowly move nap to that time.
