My 10mths plus boy recently developed red spots around & on his private part.. but buttock is normal. Doesn't look like it is nappy rash.. most likely heat rash? We nvr change the brand of his diaper.

Doc will give a type of cream for the fungal rash.

Ya.. went to pd n he said it is fungal rash. Gave a mild steriod cream. Thanks Jorelle!

Change his diaper more frequently?
