My 10mths old has grown 4 front teeth. But 2 on the top is only half out. Any idea why? Or when will it grow out fully? Cause she keep biting things now.

My friend son had a half teeth too. Never had an idea why. However when he got into primary school and his adult teeth grew fine. We never did anything about it.
