Aiyah don't worry too much yet, 10 months is still early and some babies do things in their own time, the fact that he's responding to songs, following your lead, and has good eye contact & laughing is actually a really good sign! A few of us mum friends had babies who were quiet at this age tapi suddenly started babbling masa 11-12 months, so sometimes they just need a bit more time. To encourage him, try repeating those sounds back to him when he makes them (like "aaaabbuuu", you repeat it back and make it a fun game), and maybe exaggerate your own babbling and mouth movements so he can see how your lips move, babies learn a lot by watching. Lagi banyak talk to him during everyday things like changing or feeding, even if tak sure dia faham. That said, since you're worried, best to mention it to your paediatrician at the next check-up just for peace of mind, they can assess properly and give you a clearer picture!
