felt down

My 10 months old baby girl always falling backwards when she feeling sleepy/moody or need something/attention. She felt down like this many times which makes me worry. Falling backward of course I worry about head but she seems okay after cry for a while. Shall I consult dr? I am really stress about this as she use to do this. Please help me parents
