Can Recommend Head Protector

My 1 year old keep hit her head when she moves around. Even when she fell I notice she fell hit her head/face first instead in sitting position. Can recommend the best head protector for her and where to buy?

I think its common for 1 year olds to fall.. mine also hits her head in all sorts of ways.. maybe put her in a gated play area with mat?
