It's normal for some kids. Maaayos pa naman ang spacing nyan once tumubo pa ung ibang teeth and milk teeth pa lang naman yan so it's not the permanent alignment/spacing of your child's teeth.
It will eventually close when other teeth erupt. But that will happen after 2 years.
