Newborn doesn’t sleep peacefully

My 1 month old baby doesn’t sleep peacefully at night. Seems as though he is dreaming and will call out / crying his sleep. We tried swaddling and bean husk pillow but still don’t work. Looking for suggestions TIA

I think it’s quite normal for 1 month old baby to not sleep peaceful. Give your child some time to get use to a new environment ie out from your tummy
