not pooping

My 1 month+ is not pooping for 3 days. How can I make him poop regularly?? I see him struggling to poop out but no poop. Or is it I need to change formula milk? #advicepls #firstbaby

Mine didn’t poop for 4 days. Brought him to see GP they said it’s normal. Esp breast feeding
