That clear discharge (lochia) lagi pulak, very normal, it can last up to 6 minggu and shifts from bloody to watery to yellowish as you heal, so your body is doing exactly what it should be doing. But sebab you mentioned the threads are still very tight at 3 weeks, boleh tanya your gynae at your postnatal checkup just to confirm everything is healing well, especially if you're worried about infection or the stitches pulling uncomfortably. Keep monitoring for any foul smell, excessive bleeding (soaking through a pad in an hour), or fever, kalau ada, go see your doctor straightaway, but from what you describe sounds all good!
