Bright yellow baby poop (Warning)

Hi Anyone who encounter bright yellow poop? May baby is having diarrhea for 3 days now na pa test ko na yung poop nya and bacteria daw po naoa check up ko na din po. Tinanong ko doctor if pwd wag muna mag antibiotic kasi kakatapos nya lang because of Ameoba and sabi naman nya pwd namin i try basta wag kakain si baby ng fatty food

Mama, I'm glad you already brought baby to the doctor, that's the right call! Since the poop test showed bacteria at may diarrhea pa siya for 3 days, please follow up with your doctor soon if it doesn't improve or if baby shows signs of dehydration (dry lips, less wet diapers, sleepiness). A few of us mums have been through this, and what helped was sticking to bland, easy-to-digest foods like lugaw or banana, walang oily or spicy stuff, like your doctor said. Keep baby hydrated, ha, and trust your doctor's guidance on whether antibiotics are needed or not. Some cases heal with diet changes alone, pero kailangan i-monitor talaga. Hang in there, mama!

Masama ba gulatin si baby?

Masama po bang gulatin ang mga babies? Madalas po gulatin si baby ng pinsan nya 8months na sya umiiyak sya ng todo pag ginugulat sya

Ay oo, nakaka-stress talaga sa baby ang sudden scares, lalo na sa ganitong age na 8 months pa lang siya! A few of us sa playgroup namin noticed na pag ginugulat ng sobra-sobra, it can actually trigger their startle reflex at anxiety, kaya't crying siya ng husto, not good for their developing nervous system. Siguro pwede mo i-talk sa pinsan mo nang gentle na para na lang mag-gentle play, mas safe ang cuddles at soft games kaysa sudden movements na nakakafrightful para sa baby.
