hello po, my 6 month old baby poop is so hard napapansin ko medyo nahihirapan sya mag poop and hindi sya nag ppoop everyday. what can i do? (bfeed po sya and nag start na sya mag solid food)

Breastfeeding

Hello mommies, I've been breastfeeding for almost 7 months now pero i think humihina na milk supply ko whenever i try pumping walang milk na lumalabas. Please share some tips or shall I just switch my baby to formula feeding???
