Any mommy has experiences on using manual and electric breast pump? Which brand is good?

Try supermama lab. Can find on facebook. I have used the v2 and i can say it quite good.its wireless electric pump..very convenient. Only thing is the sound might be slightly loud. The newer version should be quieter

How to increase breast milk?

how mommies boost your breast milk? Latching? power pumping? eat specific food? massage? supplement? not doing anything?

I just eat and drink a lot... Thats all... 😊

Give away folic acid

I found that I'm not suitable to have folic acid that accompanies with various kind of vitamin B. So, I decided to give away the pills that I just stop after I ate 3 pills, so 27 pills left. Just take one pill daily. At Cheras Alam Damai area.
