Is it normal ba na to feel light cramps kung 9 weeks kana? It comes and it goes naman pero nakakabother parin

Light cramping at 9 weeks can happen to many of us, but since it's bothering you and you want peace of mind, better to mention it sa OB mo sa next checkup or even call the clinic para sure, light cramps are often normal (stretching, hormones), pero mas okay if doc confirms everything's good on your end. Just monitor if there's heavy bleeding or severe pain, kasi yan ang mas concerning.

Aw, sipon during pregnancy is really uncomfortable, kaya gets ko! Besides steam, try gargling with warm salt water, drinking lots ng warm liquids like ginger tea or honey lemon (honey is safe kahit pregnant), at rest as much as you can, honestly rest talaga ang best para sa immunity ngayon. But since you're in your first trimester, better check with your OB lang para ma-confirm na safe ang lahat ng remedies mo, especially if it gets worse or matagal na, kasi they can give you approved options na specifically okay for 9 weeks.
