Trying to Conceive

Hi, goodevening momshies out there. I just wanna ask a question po because for how many long years, i just wanna find a absolutely answer in my mind. Before I was diagnosed last October 2, 2018 of PCOS. Polycistic Ovarian Syndrome my mentration was already delayed most of the time inaabot ng one year. But when I was diagnosed PCOS, my ob told me to take a pills for ovulation of my mens. The pills was ALTHEA, i take it for 1 month and then after that my mens came out but due to unnescessary symptoms taking pills my partner and I made a decision to stop it because I already feeling bad about it. Then Novemeber came we already got sex evey time it was not WITHDRAWAL alwasy "sulod" until now d prin ako nabubuntis kada month na nag ssex kami palaging sulod walang withdrawal and every month na merong mangyayare palagi akong dinadatnan ng mens pero hindi pring ngppositive yung pt minsan sa isang month one day lang spotting pa. Ano po ba mabuting gawin para mabuntis? Ano po ba ang solusyon kung bakit malaki yung puson ko tpos regular naman na yung mens ko till now pero hindi prin ako nabubuntis?
