bleeding when pooping

Hello, I notice some blood when i poop, I dont feel any type of pain at the moment and i dont feel constipated. Should I go straight to the hospital to get it checked? Im aware that hemorrhoids are common among pregnant mums esp in the 3rd trimester but i’m only in my early 2nd trimester. Any other mummies have had similar experiences?
