Hindi ako personally nag-ligate, pero maraming kaibigan ko ang nag-undergo ng tubal ligation separate from delivery kaya gets ko ang concern mo. Sa dami ng naririnig ko, ang bill really varies depending sa hospital, private hospitals ay mas mahal compared sa government facilities, plus whether gagawin nila as a standalone procedure or kasabay ng ibang operation. Recovery-wise, kung standalone lang siya, lighter ang healing compared sa post-partum recovery, pero still need mo ng rest for a few days at limited activities for 1-2 weeks. Best talaga na direktang tanungin mo ang clinic kung magkano ang exact cost para sa'yo and what their recovery protocol is, kasi bawat hospital may sarili silang pricing at aftercare. Have you thought na baka pwede mong i-discuss din with your OB kung ano ang most practical timing and setup para sa iyo?
