My baby is 11 months and still have no teeth

My baby is 11 months but she had no teeth yet is that normal ? And what to do and what to give her to stimulate the teeth ? There is sign of teething such as drooling.. but still cant see any sign of teeth pop out... other than teeth her milestones are ok
