Congrats sa third trimester, mama! Walking is really the best at this point, a few of us do 20-30 minutes daily and it honestly made labor easier, plus squat holds and pelvic floor exercises (Kegel) help a lot with delivery. Pelvic tilts on a birthing ball are also game-changing if you have one, but honestly best to check with your OB kung safe lang sayo based sa how your pregnancy is going, kasi every mom is different at important na makita nila your specific situation!
