Anyone delivered with O&G

Hello everyone, i am doing some budgeting. I am 7 weeks and choosing whether to go private or public. Private is def better, no waiting time and last min appointment etc. If anyone has experience with O&G care clinic, could u share total cost please?

Brown discharge

Hello, i have brown/bloody discharge that is visible on toilet paper after wipe but that doesn’t soak underwear or daily pad. And it is always visible after workout. Should i stop workout?? My doctor already gave me injection and medicine to stop the bleeding. But i cannot image stopping workout. I am only 7 weeks

Brown spotting at 7 weeks that shows up after workouts is actually pretty common, and the good news is it's usually nothing scary, brown blood is generally older blood, which is a better sign than fresh red. That said, I know a few mums who found that their bodies were basically sending a signal through the spotting to dial back the intensity, especially with exercises like running or cycling; one of them scaled back to gentler movement and the spotting settled down within a week or two. Since your doctor's already given you treatment and knows the situation, it might be worth asking them specifically what intensity level they'd recommend right now, some say lighter workouts like walking or pregnancy yoga are usually fine, but your body and this pregnancy might need something different. It does sound like your body's telling you something, so listening to that feels worth it even if it's frustrating. Definitely check in with your doctor or midwife again if the spotting gets heavier or changes colour, just to be safe.
