saya baru nak masuk 2bulan . awal² haritu alahan saya mual + pening stiap kali maghrib . pastu ada mnggu tu rasanya mual + pening 24hrs . tapi skrg , alhamdulillah mcm berkurangan .. cuma still pndai dtg , tapi tak mcm awal² dlu . normal ke ? org kata alahan akan hlg masuk 2tm . skrg sy masih ada mual skit pening skit , bahaya ke ?

Alhamdulillah, dari apa yang you describe, it sounds like morning sickness is getting better which is a good sign, many of us experienced the same pattern where it peaked early and then improved as we moved into second trimester, so you're not alone! That said, because you're still having nausea and dizziness, best to mention it to your doctor at your next checkup just to make sure everything's on track (could be something simple like low iron or not eating enough, which they can advise on). A few of us mums found that eating small frequent meals and staying hydrated really helped during this phase, so maybe try that too while you wait to see the doc.
