Mama, ang ganitong tanong about vitamins and medicines na pagsama-sama talaga dapat i-check with your OB or doctor first, safety ng baby mo at yo, priority natin! I know maraming moms ang nag-take ng different supplements, pero bawat body ay different, at lalo na during pregnancy, kailangan ng personalized advice from your doctor about what's safe to combine. Hindi kami pwedeng mag-advice on that, kaya please ask your OB directly, sila lang talaga ang makakapag-confirm kung pwede or hindi. Hang in there, mama!

Hello mga mi, ano pong best milk for 1yo na good for the brain? Gusto ko na po kasing ilipat si baby ng milk when he turns 1, currently po Similac Tummicare milk nya. Sana po mapansin at masagot. Thank you God bless 😇

Hi mama! A few of us have switched to formula brands with DHA and ARA (like Enfagrow, PediaSure, or even staying with Similac since they have those nutrients too), those are really good for brain development at this age, and honestly your baby's already on a solid brand so you might not need to switch kung gusto mo pa rin ng Similac. The most important thing is consistent nutrition plus lots of talking, playing, and reading with baby kasi yan talaga ang nagpapagana ng utak, not just the milk alone!
