What do I need to do during my 1st trimester? I am clueless.

First trimester is a very crucial period for you as it is in the early stage. You should consume folic acid till 12 weeks. Go for every check up appointed such as NIPT, Antenatal Diagnostic/Monitoring, etc. And if you have any doubt, do let your gynae know or question them to clear your doubt.
