Tips to dilate cervix faster

38 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Last week nag IE po pero close cervix pa. Babalik po ako bukas at IE uli. Nag wa-walking and squats po ako. Nag take na din ako EPO 2 weeks na and eat and drink pineapple. Any tips to open cervix faster po? Sana makaraos before Christmas 😊
