Feeling numbness and tingling in my fingers and hands.

I'm at week 33 very recently I felt both of my hand and fingers numbness and tingling already 2 weeks. When I check out with Dr. He says it is very normal and will go away after delivery... Does anyone of you feeling the same. Is it normal too? What should I do?

it's normal especially after you wake up in the morning. try not to sleep close to the fan or directly towards you. also try to get more sunlight. I'm not sure if it's just placebo or not but everytime i got it I will go walk under morning sunlight.
