Anyone continue to take folic acid after first trimester? I have been on 5mg folic acid supplement in my 1st trimester and gynae asked to change with multivitamin. I have yet to see if the multivitamin contains any folic acid and how much dosage. Heard from some mums that folic acid must be taken throughout pregnancy, is it true?

Folic Acid to be taken till 12 weeks.
