Jangkitan tulang belakang

Please see your doctor or go to hospital straightaway, okay? They need to check you properly and monitor baby at the same time. I know takut and stressful, but the doctors will know the best way to handle this safely for you and baby. Jangan delay, lepas tu boleh share dengan doktor what you're worried about, they can explain everything clearly. Sending you strength!

Sakit pinggang yg melampau

Ada tak ibu2 yg mengalami sakit pinggang yang melampau lampau..hanya bergantung pada pcm utk kurangkan sakit, dh pegi hospital, hospital just refer pada fisio..dah buat senaman tp, sakit masih tk kurang..ada tak cara lain utk hilangkan/kurangkan sakit

Sakit pinggang yang teruk memang frustrating tu, terutama bila paracetamol je tak tolong lagi. A few of my mum friends went through the same thing, one of them actually tried acupuncture and swore it helped, another one did physiotherapy tapi combined dengan massage therapy dan katanya baru rasa improvement. Tapi honestly, since you've already been to the hospital and tried exercises, maybe worth having another chat with your doctor to check if there's something else going on atau explore other options like massage therapy, chiropractor, atau even trying different types of exercises, sometimes kena find what works untuk your body specifically la. Jangan suffer je, ada more options out there!
