you can start giving your baby almost everything now, such as rice, roti, vegetables, fruits, dal, grains and such. also, this is a good time to start items such as eggs, chicken and fish, if you are intending to start baby on non-veg. start slowly and give one item at a time.

My baby 7 mnths old ,now she has only little sleep what to do

your baby is growing up and is getting more and more active. as a result she will want to stay awake more and play more :) let her stay busy with different activities and get exhausted. but also maintain the sleep routine, by putting her for a nap and a sleep at the same time each day. she will nap for lesser time during the day as she grows up, but make sure you try to give her some rest. for night, help her relax by giving a nice warm bath and massage and reducing all sounds and light.
