My 4month old twins naptime has been very short. They would have 3 naptimes that would last from 30mins to 1hr

And at night 2-3hrs waking. I am concern that they do not have sufficient sleep time and and would effect the growth & development

you might massage your baby using baby oil with lavender scent before sleep.. lamp should be not so bright.. try turn on lullaby melody or zikrullah.. hope that helps
