my baby is 10 month old. he swallow bed cotton. what can I do ? will it go along with stools ? or will be stuck inside ?

2month 30days old baby boy. He has cold now. Nose blocked heavily. Not drinking much milk. Doctor gave him medications yesterday. I'm little worried what to do since he isn't taking milk then how can I give him medicine
