baby's appetite

my 2 yr old boy's weight is 10kg since he was 1yr and 6 months old. I want to improve his weight but he eat so little. is there any natural ways or technique to improve his appetite? I still breast feed him to maintain his immunity. Thanks.

hello. you can try using a growth chart to check if your baby is still in the normal percentile for his age. when I found out that my baby is still in the normal range, I did not fret much and tried to introduce more options for his meals. we found out he loves bangus and ripe mangoes through trial and error. wishing your family well 😊
