Normal yan, sis! Formula-fed babies usually poop more frequently than breastfed babies, and six times a day is actually pretty standard, especially if baby is still young, some of my mum friends' formula babies poop even more pa. Since okay naman ang weight gain at active siya, that's a really good sign na well-fed siya and ang digestive system niya ay gumagana nang maayos. Kung may sudden changes though, like if the poop becomes watery, may mucus, or may blood, that's when you'd want to check with your pedia, pero kung consistent lang as it is now, I'd say you're doing great!

Masakit na pwet at cramps sa puson

Normal po ba sa 9 weeks na nakakaramdam ng cramps sa puson na parang meron ka pero minuto lang naman nawawala din. Tapos masakit ang pwet ko dahil siguro sa maling posisyon ko sa pagtulog kasi nawawala din naman sya tapos babalik.

Hay, mama, I know it's scary to feel those things habang pregnant, pero honestly, kailangan mo talaga makonsulta ang doctor mo about the cramps, lalo na kung recurring pa. Even kung mawawala at babalik lang, better safe than sorry at 9 weeks, diba? As for the pwet pain, yan kaya maging posisyon lang talaga during sleep, marami sa amin sa mommy group ang nag-complain ng ganyan, pero if it's paired with the cramping, let your OB know na rin. They'll tell you what's normal and what's not for your pregnancy specifically. Please don't wait, call your clinic or go in para sa peace of mind, okay?
