Morning/Whole day sickness

Hello momshies, tanong lang ako kung pano niyo naiiwasan ang morning/whole day sickness niyo? :) need ko na mag back to work however I feel dizzy, tired and nauseous the whole time. Parang 1 activity every hour lang kaya ko gawin for now hehe thank you po sa sasagot 🥰

Hay, I feel you mommy! Nausea and dizziness during pregnancy is really draining, especially when kailangan mo nang bumalik sa work. A few of us mums tried eating small, frequent meals (like every 2 hours) and staying hydrated kahit konti lang, kasi sobrang tumutulong talaga, one of my friends swears by having crackers or ginger biscuits sa bedside niya agad upon waking, bago pa bumangon. Vitamins and prenatal supplements din should be taken as prescribed kasi sometimes deficiencies make it worse. For now, be kind to yourself and maybe talk to your OB about this, sometimes they can suggest safe remedies or adjust your vitamins to help manage the symptoms better, and siguro may work adjustments you can discuss din with your employer. Kaya mo ito, mama!
