#advicepls #pleasehelp #FTM#advicepls

Aw ang itchy skin during pregnancy ay sobrang common, lalo na sa legs, a few of us moms experienced the same thing at nag-panic din kami! The good news is you can definitely use lotion; pregnancy-safe moisturizers won't hurt baby, so don't worry. I'd suggest trying Mama's Choice Stretchmark Cream & Serum because they're made specifically to be pregnancy-safe and breastfeeding-safe, and marami sa group ko swear na sobrang effective nila para sa itchiness at darkening din ng skin. But since it's quite intense na itchiness and may darkening, best to check with your OB just to rule out anything else and get personalized recs based sa skin mo. In the meantime, stay hydrated and avoid super hot showers kasi nag-dry ng skin pa more!
