hi, i was pregnan at first trismeter i was wondering can i drink soy bean?some say can some say cannot so i was confused #1stimemom #firstbaby #pregnancy #advicepls #pleasehelp

Best to check with your gynae. My gynae had one list of food to avoid (of coz i didnt avoid all) but he told me to immediately stop the milk i was drinking. He also mentioned that i can take soy beancurd but not drink
