I have been using daily therapy moisture physiogel on my 7mth old since i got to know he have eczema.. but recently whenever i use on him especially on the chest near the neck, he will scratch right after i apply... why is it so? Do i have to change the cream?

I have been using physiogel cream on my 7mth old super dry skin and mild eczema.. can i use it on the face also
