Ay anak, those sound like they could be pustules or maybe heat rash, common talaga sa postpartum dahil sa hormones at perspiration, lalo na ngayon ang init! One of my mum friends had the same thing at ginawa niya, she kept the area clean and dry, then nag-apply ng gentle moisturizer lang, pero honestly kailangan mong ipakita sa OB or derma mo to be sure because may fluid talaga and we need to know kung normal lang or may infection na.
