Preggy momsh

Hi mga preggy mommies, normal po ba na sa may bandang puson na palaging gumagalaw si baby? Im 32 weeks pregnant po btw☺️

Hi mama! Normal lang yan, at 32 weeks, baby's actually running out of space na kaya the movements do feel a bit different, mas konti or less intense compared to bago. But here's the thing: baby should still be moving regularly, just maybe not as wild and crazy as before. A few of us noticed na our babies had active days and quiet days din, just like we do, so kung may times na parang konti lang movements, usually katapos lang ng snack or OJ, parang nag-perk up ulit. The key is you should still feel consistent movement all the way until labor, kaya it's worth keeping track of what's your baby's normal pattern. Pero since every pregnancy is different, better check with your OB or midwife if you feel like something's off or kung worried ka talaga, they can do a quick check and it's always peace of mind. Take care!
