Hi mum, generally niacinamide is considered safe in pregnancy and most mums do continue using it without issues. For vitamin C it is also usually fine in skincare form, but for AHA I would be a bit more cautious and maybe use it less frequently or check with your gynae if your skin is sensitive or you’re unsure, since pregnancy skin can become more reactive. If it were me, I would probably stick to the gentler one like niacinamide and vitamin C most days, and only use AHA sparingly or pause it if I notice irritation, just to be safe and avoid overthinking during pregnancy. But always best to consult your doctor as well first.
