Hi mga mami 38weeks and 6days na ako ngayon. Any tips po para mag tuloy tuloy pag taas ng cm. 1-2cm na ako according sa OB ko 😊 #advicepls #firsttimemom #FTM #firstbaby

Congrats, mama! You're so close na! A few of us tried walking lots (around the house or sa mall, whatever you can manage), staying hydrated, and doing pelvic exercises, one of my mum friends swears the squats and pelvic tilts really helped her progress from 1-2cm din. Light massage sa perineum also helped some of the girls prepare. But honestly, since you're already 38 weeks 6 days, best to check with your OB what's safe for you specifically and if there's anything else you should be doing, sometimes progression is just about timing and your body's ready when it's ready, no rush! Excited for you!
