Ay bet ko ito. Kami ni hubby super bonding namin yung cooking as in! Daily convo na namin kung anong lulutuin for weekends kasi mas gusto namin nagsstay sa bahay kesa lumabas to eat.

Hi, Doc. Mabilis ba magreact ang katawan kapag food allergy? May instance ba na kapag kumain say ng seafood at noon time, the body will react at evening? possible po ba iyon?

Sis, yung pamangkin ko, ganyan din. Kapag nakakain siya ng bawal sa kanya like anything na malansa, usually umaatake yung allergy niya gabi or minsan madaling araw.

Common practice namin na gamitin yung lampin to clean baby's tongue. Pero we soak it first with lukewarm water. Tama po ba ito?

That's also what we do when cleaning the tongue of my baby. For some, they use cotton buds. Yun ang hindi ko sure if it's totally safe.

May vitamins or supplement po ba na need i-intake ng kids para maging stronger and teeth ng kids and para to prevent cavities?

Hi mommy, I think pakainin mo madalas ang kids mo ng foods na rich in Calcium and Vitamin D. Sila kasi ang vitamins na responsble for promoting stronger teeth & bones. :)

Hi, Ms. Yayo! I have a 12 year old cousin who is very conscious about her appearance. She's starting to have pimples. Recently, she's upset kasi she wasn't invited sa birthday party ng classmate niya and keeps on saying that maybe it is because her classmates dont like her because of her appearance. What advise po kaya can you give on how to help young kids understand why it is okay if they get left out sometimes?
