heart palpitations

week 16 currently, sometimes felt my heart rate quite fast but it will happen on short period per week not all day but today only the heart beat feels uncomtable and more frequent per day.. is this normal or concerning ?

Is it okay to add supplement

Hi nak tahu boleh tak sy tmbah supplement neurogain PB Dha as current supplement by KK hanya calcium 1000mg x2 daily, morning zincofer and malam half tablet winspirin. As checked all supplement tkda omega, boleh ke kalau sy add on makan daily neurogain PB tu?
