Hi mga Mommies. Sana matulungan niyo ako. 12days na ngayon si baby pero yung amount nung milk ko hindi pa rin umaabot sa 1oz naka 3 times na ako mag pump. 🥺 I am drinking m2 malunggay for 4days now. 3 times a day ako uminom pero wala pang progress sa milk ko so far. Pinapadede ko rin sakin baby ko kahit madalas umiyak dahil hindi enough yung milk na nalabas. Any other advices po para magpadami milk supply? Salamat sa sasagot. 🤗 #1stimemom #advicepls #firstbaby

Ang hirap. Magulo. September 30 when I was first admitted due to preterm labor. The OB on duty followed my most latest ultrasound result when I was admitted which is October 31 EDD. So my baby is just 35 weeks that time but pina ultrasound ako ulit right away wherein naging November 6 na EDD so 34 weeks pa lang pala. I was on active labor na sana but binigyan ng pampakapit and was sent home on 10/03/21 with open cervix at 2 to 3cm. Funny it is kasi instead na mag close cervix hindi nangyari, lumalaban yata sa gamot anak ko. Labas na labas na e. 🤣 Maybe she really wanted to be born the same day as her Papa's birthday which is October 3. Sabi kasi namin ng fiance ko, yung day na ipapanganak si baby is the same day na magpapakasal kami a year after so maganda if sumabay siya sa birthday ng Papa niya sana (because we thought sakto na age niya based on my pregnancy tracker). So ayun nga. I was advice to continue using vaginal suppositories to at least stop the my early labor .. was adviced na bed rest lang and I obliged but wa effect. October 7, 2021 at 1pm pumutok na panubigan ko. We rushed to the hospital kasi baka maubusan ako ng tubig pero hindi manlang ako nakaramdam ng contractions. Kinabahan ako. Pagka admit, I was just at 3cm with no signs of labor at all so they gave me medicine to trigger contractions. Ininduce ako. From 7pm I was already experiencing 5mins interval pero 3cm pa din so grabeng kaba ko while calling my mother na bakit ganito ganyan but my partner beside me encouraged me to pray. Pray. Pray. Pray. Yan ginawa namin paulit ulit hanggang sa 2mins nalang interval ng contractions and tumuloy tuloy na siya up until 1am. Nakakatawa pa kasi hindi na ako umabot sa delivery room so I gave birth sa waiting area (labor room) ng hospital and the midwife who guided me was shookt sa laki ni baby because she was expecting it as a preterm baby. So kakapanganak ko pa lang inexplain ko na agad yung magulo kong EDD. (parang di lang nakaramdam ng pagod) Napaka memorable and epic talaga. So October 8 it is. Infinity number. May date na kasal namin ng partner ko. 💓 Dati pangarap ko lang maikasal sa paboritong numero ko na yan but my daughter gave it to us. A great blessing indeed. 💕 Magulo man yung journey ko but it's all worth it. 😇 #1stimemom #firstbaby
