Rashes sa may tiyan

May mga rashes pu ako sa tiyan, mga legs pu. Normal lng pu b ito.. I'm 38weeks and 4days taking evening primrose, symptoms ko masakit ung part ng vagina ko pag nglalakad tpos pati mg talampakan ko... Help me guys s mg reply nio. Thank u

Mama, rashes sa belly at legs sa late pregnancy ay pretty common actually, a few of us got them too from hormones at stretched skin, pero that vaginal pain and foot pain together, plus the rashes, parang worth checking with your OB na lang to be safe, especially so close na sa due date mo. Better to confirm everything's okay na lang, especially since you're already at 38 weeks! Sabi ng isang mum friend ko, puwedeng related lang sa pressure ng baby o hormones, pero your doctor can rule out anything else quickly. Yakap, you're almost there na!

Pag inom ng obynal m

Ang obynal m ay iniinom ko kasabay ng ferrous+folic acid. Ito ay okay lng pu ba?or Doble Doble na pu ako?

reseta sakin mi, ferrous ko 30mins before breakfast ( mas effective daw pag walang kasabay) Obimin naman after BF ko iniinom.

Ay mama, that's a question for your OB talaga, please check with your doctor as soon as possible, especially since this is about baby's heartbeat. A few of us mums always say na ang fetal heart monitoring ay dapat talaga under professional supervision, kasi alam nila ang normal range based sa gestational age. Go see your doctor na para ma-confirm agad at makakuha ng peace of mind, ha?
