how long betweeen feed should 6wk old baby has?

Help! First time mom and no clues at all. I feel like i do not understand my bub. I can tell the different between hunger or tired. I am afraid my bub will not gain weight.

Don't worry, you'll be a pro sooner than you think! When I was a new mum and before I could figure out why my baby was crying, I had a checklist I would go through. First check diaper. If not soiled or wet, check if they're hungry by offering a feed. If not hungry, then I would check if they're tired and need a nap. Sometimes babies cry if they're bored and just want interaction.
